A well-established international company in the Würzburg region is seeking an experienced In-House Legal Counsel to strengthen its legal team. This is a broad commercial role with close exposure to senior management and the Executive Board. Key Responsibilities Advising the business on day-to-day legal matters across commercial and corporate law, including purchasing and distribution contracts, warranty and product liability. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, conducting risk assessments, and providing pragmatic, business-oriented legal solutions. Managing and contributing to complex legal projects in Germany and internationally. Coordinating external counsel and notaries. Monitoring legal developments and translating them into clear guidance for the business. Your Profile Fully qualified lawyer with both German state exams. Several years’ experience in-house or in private practice, ideally within an international automotive or manufacturing environment. Strong background in commercial and corporate law; experience in IT law, data protection, IP or compliance is an advantage. Strategic mindset with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and act as a true business partner. Interest in Legal Tech and the use of AI in legal practice. Fluent in German and English.
